This is the second in our three part series related to accidents and whiplash.  The previous part provided an overview.  This part will provide more detailed information regarding injuries related to accidents.  The final part will discuss how River Ridge Chiropractic can help.

Talk with anyone who has been involved in a car accident and you will likely get a laundry list of complaints.  Many people suffer neck pain following an accident, often referred to as whiplash.  Back injuries are also common, and people often suffer damage to their shoulders, arms, wrists, hands, legs, and feet.  Likewise, there are a host of internal injuries that can be caused as a body is jostled around inside of a car during impact.  Finally, there are a variety of issues related to injuries to the head such as blurred vision or other eye issues, dizziness, headaches, ringing in the ears, or a sense of being “light-headed.”  Your sense of smell can even be affected following an automobile accident.
