INSURANCE: We currently accept Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Medcost and original Medicare only (with or without a supplement). We DO NOT accept any Medicare advantage plans! If you would like to file with another insurance company yourself, we are happy to provide you with a superbill or appointment receipt. Please ask for this at check out!
